When purchasing an audio installation or audio equipment we accept all major credit and debit cards, including but not limited to Express, Amex, Visa, and Mastercard. Additionally, we accept payment for audio installations and equipment via PayPal for the convenience of our customers. 

We ship all of our audio installation equipment via the Canada Post. All shipping rates for our audio installation equipment are calculated by Canada Post and determined by the size, shape, and weight of the order.

We apologize if you receive any damaged audio installation equipment. Please contact us as soon as possible so we may assist in finding a solution.

We offer a 30-days after purchase return policy on our audio installation equipment. If you're looking to return any audio installation equipment, please email or call us with your name, order number, the reason for returning, and product name.
